about

There are certain skills we develop in life but there are also traits we are innately good at. Growing up in rural Canada with an academic focused family, it wasn’t until I moved to the city that I was able to fully express and explore my hidden talents. I transitioned between living creatively to identifying as a creative. Life’s challenges deepened my inner journey and taught me how to express this and be sensitive to others, while travelling extensively and living abroad expanded and shaped my visual scope of the world.

My innate sensitivity allows me to see how the home is affecting my clients and what needs to change in their environment to support them to live their best life.

When people ask me what I do - I say I am a creative. I design interiors and more recently furniture. I don’t think one says they design sculpture but it has been a large focus the past few years.

I approach interiors and sculpture in a similar way - I see what needs to come forward and what is possible.

Designing furniture came out of a need for a clients home. It was a welcome surprise.
